Welcome Theo Teeuwen

Theo Teeuwen joined our firm on 1 November 2020. Theo (1955) has been a lawyer since 1981. He has a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions alongside litigating in corporate law matters. After finishing his law studies and legal internship, Theo attended the Grotius course in Corporate and business law and a course in Tax Advocacy. Theo is a registered adviser on business acquisitions and has an extensive international network of colleagues who work in his field.

Aside from business acquisitions, Theo has wide experience of settling shareholder and governance disputes, providing assistance in disputes over directors’ liability and formulating security interests.

Theo is co-founder of legal tech start-up Kredietbeveiliging.nl.
